Welcome to Oravellio, specializing in an entrepreneur mindset and strategic thinking, accessible at domain oravellio.click. By accessing or using our services, info products, or goods, you agree to this Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms govern your use of Oravellio services, info products, and goods. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

2. Services

Oravellio provides coaching, workshops, and strategy sessions aimed at enhancing an entrepreneurial mindset and strategic planning skills (“Services”). Session scheduling is subject to availability. To reschedule a session, notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start to transfer the session to a new date. If notice is provided within this period, we will credit the paid fee toward a rescheduled session. Late cancellations or no-shows are not eligible for any credit or reimbursement due to reserved time slots.

3. Info Products

We offer digital courses, templates, and guides (“Info Products”) designed for self-paced learning. You may request a reimbursement within 14 days from the initial access date. To request, contact us with proof of purchase. Reimbursement requests made after this period cannot be processed.

4. Physical Goods

Oravellio may offer branded merchandise or printed materials (“Goods”). If a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or reimbursement upon confirmation of the issue. Customers are responsible for shipping items back to our address unless otherwise directed. We cannot credit purchases for change of preference after shipment.

5. Payment Terms

All fees are due in full at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods are indicated during checkout. Prices exclude applicable taxes and duties, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.

6. Reimbursement Procedures

Reimbursement assessments are handled case by case. Approved amounts are credited back via the original payment channel within 10 business days after confirmation. Please allow additional processing time per payment provider policies.

7. Scheduling

Service appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement. Requests to transfer a session to a new date must follow the notification requirements specified in Section 2.

8. No-Show and Forfeiture

Sessions not attended at the scheduled time without proper notice will be forfeited. This policy ensures fairness and respect for our experts’ availability.

9. Modifications

Oravellio reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after posting changes implies acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
